This policy covers civitasintel.com, the CIVITAS marketing website. It does not cover the CIVITAS application itself, which is governed by its own agreement once a client account is established.

When you submit the Request a Demonstration form, we collect the name, organization, role, email address, and any message you choose to provide. We do not collect this information through any other page on this site, and we do not require an account or login to browse it.
How We Use It
Information submitted through the demonstration request form is used solely to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough of the platform, and follow up about that inquiry. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-Party Services
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, solely to route your submission to our team by email. Site traffic is measured using Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites, which is also why this site does not show a cookie consent banner.
Data Retention
We retain demonstration request submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the business relationship, and delete them on request.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you've submitted through this site at any time by contacting us using the details below.
