The Platform

One System of Record

Voter files, donor histories, and public records, resolved into a single profile your team can actually explain.

How Unification Works

Five Sources, One Record

Follow how CIVITAS pulls scattered records together and resolves them into a single, coherent view. Scroll to watch it come together.

Voter Files Donor Records Campaign Finance Business Filings Public Records

Source 01

Voter Files

Registration and turnout history, pulled straight from the government offices that keep it. Your first source of truth is always the official record.

Source 02

Donor Records

Who gives, how much, and how often, matched to that same person so giving and turnout finally read as one story.

Source 03

Campaign Finance

Official disclosures, lined up so contributions and committees connect to everything else on the record.

Source 04

Business Filings

Corporate and business records that add the context a voter file on its own can never show.

Source 05

Public Records

The rest of the public paper trail, layered on so the picture is complete, not partial.

How Engagement Scoring Works

CIVITAS's engagement scoring runs on algorithms designed in-house, not a licensed third-party model. Every score is a composite the algorithm builds from a fixed set of documented factors, and every one of those factors is surfaced alongside the score itself, never hidden inside a black box. The cards below are the complete factor set the platform's scoring engine uses, in plain terms.

The scores are only as good as the records underneath them — see how voter data is sourced and matched .

Geographic Relevance, Visualized

One of the scoring factors is how closely a record aligns with a district or geographic area of interest. The map below is an illustrative representation of that kind of district-level focus. The highlighted areas are for illustration, not real client data.
